Using Miro
I went through your 'Q3 Roadmap Planning' Miro board and pulled together the themes, decisions, and open action items.
What the board captured
- Top themes from sticky notes. Three clusters dominated: Onboarding revamp (12 notes), Billing reliability (9 notes), and Mobile parity (7 notes).
- Decisions locked in. The flow diagram shows 'Self-serve checkout' moved to In Progress and 'Legacy importer' marked as deprecated for Q3.
- Open questions. Two notes flagged red: dependency on the data migration timeline and unconfirmed design capacity.
Action items extracted
- Owners assigned. Maya owns the onboarding spec, Devin owns billing retries, Priya owns the mobile audit.
- Tracking table created. I added a new table on the board with columns for Action, Owner, Theme, and Target week so the team can update it live.
